2013眼整形研討會 – 從基礎而深入
Oculocosmetic surgery conference, from basic to details
前言
在亞洲人的美容手術中，眼部的美容整形手術佔了相當多的比重，它是看起來似乎簡單，
但是做起來往往超乎預期地複雜的一種手術，要成為一位優秀的美容外科醫師，或是眼整
形美容醫師，對於眼部的功能性解剖學的了解，以及各術式的細部方法，都必需有深入的
了解。
因此，台灣形體美容整合外科醫學會籌備會（以下簡稱本會），特別邀請了日本眼整形重
建外科醫學會理事長 Kakizaki 教授來台演講相關主題，同時也邀請了國內眼整形權威台
大醫院廖述朗教授，晶華診所徐典雄院長等先進與會演講，勢必能把複雜細微的眼整形手
術，一一化繁為簡地向與會學員清楚介紹，精彩可期。Kakizaki教授除了是眼整形外科醫
師之外，也是知名的解剖學家，並有數百篇眼部解剖學論文發表於國際期刊，因此可以確
信，這將會是一場融貫基礎醫學（解剖學）與臨床醫學（眼整形美容手術）的盛大饗宴，
也是本會推動美容整合醫學的初衷！
Introduction:
Making a beautiful or younger eye appearance is a most popular procedure in Asian cosmetic
surgery. To be an excellent oculoplastic surgeon or cosmetic surgeon, irrespective of a beginner
or an expert, detailed knowledge of functional eyelid anatomy is necessary.
To fulfill this purpose, we invite the president of Japanese Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and
Reconstructive Surgery, Professor Kakizaki, known as an excellent oculoplastic surgeon as well
asan anatomical specialist. Several domestic prestigious surgeons, including NTUH Prof.
Liao(廖述朗) , LaMer Aesthetic Clinic Dr. Hsu (徐典雄) etc , are also invited to share their
experience and the most updated knowledge with regard to cosmetic periocular surgeries.
We can expect a great and wonderful interaction of basic medicine (anatomy) and clinic practice
(oculoplasty surgery) in the conference, it conform to our original intention of aesthetic
integrated surgery.
